1. Account
1.1. An account is required in order to complete a purchase on marcotenaglia.com.
1.2. The account is created automatically during the first purchase process. There is no manual or separate registration procedure.
1.3. The same account is used for any subsequent purchases.
1.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
2. Payment
2.1. Payments can be made via valid credit card (processed securely through PayPal), PayPal account, or direct bank transfer.
2.2. I do not store or have access to your credit card information; all payment details are handled securely by PayPal.
2.3. Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
3. Production, Packaging, and Shipping
3.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, each print is produced after payment confirmation.
3.2. Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of payment.
3.3. Each order is professionally packaged using art-secure packaging to ensure safe transport.
3.4. Prints are shipped from Italy. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
3.5. Shipments are sent with tracking code and insurance.
3.6. Shipping delays may occasionally occur and are outside my control once the print has been handed over to the carrier.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Due to the limited and collectible nature of the works, all sales are final.
4.2. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
4.3. In such cases, you must notify me within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage in order to arrange a replacement.
5. Newsletter
5.1. When you purchase a product or an account is created as part of the purchase process, you agree to receive my newsletter. The newsletter may include updates, special offers, and other information related to my work and services.
5.2. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link included in the newsletter. Unsubscribing does not affect access to purchased products or existing accounts.
