Limited Edition Prints

For me, photography truly exists only when it becomes a print you can hold in your hands, and it has to be a real photographic print, not an inkjet one.

A giclée print can be as beautiful as you like, but it is not a photographic process. And when you hold it, you know you are looking at a sheet of paper produced by an inkjet printer, however advanced the technology may be.

What I want instead is a print made through a true photographic process, where light physically exposes the paper, which is then chemically developed, fixed, washed, and dried. A print that, when you look at it, gives back that depth, tonal richness, and softness that belong exclusively to analog photography.

Each of my Limited Edition Prints is produced this way, in professional laboratories, as Gelatin Silver prints for black and white and Chromogenic prints for color. The prints are then personally inspected and approved by me.

Each print is hand-signed, titled, dated, numbered, and stamped on the back to certify its authenticity. Editions are strictly finite and, once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed and will not be printed again.
