Here you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about Marco Tenaglia’s works. From the quality and authenticity of the works to secure payments and international shipping, everything is outlined to ensure complete confidence in your acquisition.
Quality
What distinguishes Fine Art Posters from Limited Edition Prints?
Fine Art Posters are giclée prints on premium photo lustre paper. They are open editions, unsigned and unnumbered, conceived as works of exceptional, gallery-like quality.
Limited Edition Prints reach a different status: black and white editions are genuine gelatin silver prints on baryta paper, while color editions are genuine chromogenic prints. Each print is personally inspected by Marco Tenaglia, then hand-signed, titled, numbered, and stamped on the verso to certify authenticity. Their quality is superb, museum-like.
Will my photographs look exactly as they do online?
Slight variations may occur. Screens are calibrated differently and emit light, which affects the perceived brightness and color of an image.

Shipping & Handling
How are Limited Edition Prints shipped?
If the print is already in the archive, shipment is arranged promptly. If not, allow two to three weeks: the print is produced in the laboratory, inspected, signed, and stamped by Marco Tenaglia before being packed and shipped directly from his studio in Italy.
How are Fine Art Posters shipped?
Posters are produced and shipped from facilities in Australia, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Production usually takes two to three business days.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Limited Edition Prints ship from Italy and may be subject to import duties outside the European Union.
Fine Art Posters ship locally from facilities in AU, CA, EU, UK, and US, so no import fees apply in these regions.
